Argentina’s Agency for Access to Public Information (AAIP) has published Resolution 47/2018, setting out recommended security measures for the processing of personal data under Law No. 25,326.

Argentina holds EU and UK adequacy. UK organisations with Argentinian operations, customers or processors should align their security controls with these measures and check that databases are registered.
